Reclaim Diabetes

SRP-9800.jpg

Type 1 Diabetic.
Root Cause Practitioner.
Former Nurse

I am Danica Seline. Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, post-operative nurse for 12 years, and someone who has lived with Type 1 diabetes my entire adult life.

I do not just understand blood sugar regulation academically. I understand it in my body...
every single day.

That lived experience, paired with a decade inside the conventional medical system, shapes everything I do. I know what gets missed. I know what never gets asked. And I built RECLAIM because I needed something that did not exist yet.

I am not here to help you manage your diagnosis. I am here to help you understand what is actually driving it.

What i do

I work with people living with diabetes and blood sugar dysregulation who have tried everything and are still not
getting the answers they need.

No one was looking at the whole picture.

Gut function, mineral status, adrenal load, liver health, and nervous system regulation.

The systems underneath the blood sugar reading that conventional care does not have time to address.

When we work on what is underneath,
the number finally starts to shift.

Not generic advice. Not another elimination diet. Real answers built around your body, your labs, and your life.

When your foundations are actually addressed, everything changes.

Not just your blood sugar numbers. Your energy comes back. The brain fog lifts. The cravings stop running your day. Your sleep deepens, your mood steadies, and your body stops feeling like something you are fighting.

That is what we build toward together.
A personalised plan built from your clinical picture,
your history, and your reality.
Not a template someone else used.
Yours.

The goal is not just better numbers on a lab report. It is a body you trust and a life that does not revolve around managing a condition.

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner | NTP

Blood sugar does not exist in a vacuum.

It sits on top of a gut that may not be absorbing properly, minerals that have been quietly depleted for years, a liver carrying more than it should, and a nervous system that has been running in survival mode for so long it has forgotten what calm feels like.

When those systems are struggling, the blood sugar number reflects it. Every time.

My job is to find where the breakdown is happening and address it in the right order. So that stability is not something you maintain through willpower. It is something your body does on its own because it finally has what it needs.
